Getting started using iFX is easy!

Downloading our software

New on the homepage we have our product selector tool than can help you find the product you want. Once you have found the program you want Click the Blue Download Button to download our software. The download should only take about 2 minutes but it depends on your internet speed / usage.

Installing our software

Installing the application is becoming more and more easy with our new application design. But for now there are 2 types of installing. 1’st is downloading a .MSI file and using Windows Installer (This is old but very easy) 2’nd is downloading a .EXE file and using the .net installer (This is new and very easy, but confusing to some) The 1’st method has its own instructions during the installation and is quite easy to use, the 2’nd however is a bit different. You download a .EXE file and run it, a window will open Asking you if you want to install the application, Click Install, and the application will automatically install and start your new program!

Updating our software

Updating software is easy, Most of our software will display a message if a new becomes available, and it is quite easy to download and install. Simply download the update and install, the application will restart and you have applied the update.

Somthings Not Working

If you are having an error please do not panic,  we can help you fix the error.  But here are some quick fixes. 

Lots of our programs require internet access, check to see if you have internet connection,  If you are reading this webpage on the computer with the problem,  you have internet connection.  Check your firewall.

Simply download and reinstalling the software can fix the problem almost every time.

Most of the time the error message will say what went wrong, and can give you help at what you may need to do
